Our Story
Indooroopilly West was formed in March 2014 and so is now over eight years old. The Club was sponsored by the Rotary Club of Brisbane Planetarium (now the Rotary Club of Paddington), which at the time envisaged the formation of a single club.
The club's first president was Bob Newton and under his guidance and enthusiastic committee members the club has grown and prospered. Our present venue since September 2020 is been Sherwood Magpies Australian Football Club at 41 Chelmer St. East, Chelmer
As an incorporated organisation, the Club has a constitution and also operates under a set of standing resolutions.
